Caterer's Recipes is so named as I was born with a stainless steel caterer's spoon in my mouth. My family had a catering business for years in Chicago. So I grew up around food and learned the ins and outs of the food industry. Many recipes on this website go back to the 1950s. Some are from friends, family, myself, etc. Some of these recipes are long to handle. Some will be just interesting to read. Others will be fast, easy and tasty, which I find are my favorites.
