Hotter Chicken Wings
2 1/2 lbs. chicken wings (12-15 wings)
1/3 cup cayenne pepper sauce
1/2 cup plus 2 tbsp. butter or margarine melted
Mix butter and pepper sauce. Remove tips from wings. Fry chicken
wings in deep fryer at 400 degrees for about 12 minutes until
lightly browned. Drain wings in colander. Mix wings in hot sauce.
Serve with blue cheese dressing and celery.
* Alternatively, bake wings on roasting pan at 425 degrees for 1
hour. Turning wings periodically to prevent sticking to cooking
rack.
