Spinach Bread Rounds
1-10 oz. package frozen defrosted spinach chopped
1/2 cup romano or parmesan cheese grated
1/2 cup olives chopped
1 cup light mayonnaise
rye bread rounds
Drain spinach until liquid is removed. In a bowl, combine
ingredients. Spread on bread rounds. Place rounds on a cookie
sheet. Broil in oven for 5-10 minutes or until mixture is bubbly.
Makes about 32.
