Caterer's Chicken Teriyaki
1 whole chicken in pieces
3/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup pineapple juice
1/4 cup white sugar
2 cloves garlic minced
1/4 tsp. ginger ground
Combine ingredients in a bowl. Soak chicken at least 8 hours.
Remove chicken from marinade and place in baking dish. Bake at
400 degrees for 1 hour or until chicken is done.
