Chicken Teriyaki
Chicken Teriyaki
1 chicken disjointed
1 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1/4 cup pineapple juice
2 cloves garlic minced
1 tsp. ginger
dash black pepper
Combine ingredients in bowl and soak chicken in mixture for 8 hours.
Later, remove from marinade and place in dish. Bake at 375 degrees in
oven for 1 hour.
