Chinese Meatballs
1 1/2 lb. ground pork
8 water chesnuts minced
1/2 cup green onions diced
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 egg beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
Combine pork, water chesnuts, green onions, soy sauce, egg, salt
and breadcrumbs in bowl. Mix well and form into small balls, 1 1/2
inches in diameter. In 450 degree oven, bake meatballs in dish for
20 minutes until golden brown and cooked.
