Plum Chicken Skewers
1 cup plum jam
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. ginger ground
1 clove garlic minced
4 chicken breast halves cubes (24 count)
1-20 oz. can pineapple chunks drained
2 green peppers cut in 24 squares
wooden skewers soaked in water for 30 minutes
Combine plum jam, soy sauce, garlic powder, ginger and garlic.
Marinate chicken in mixture for 6-8 hours. Place chicken,
pineapple and green pepper on wooden skewers. Brush with
marinade. Broil or grill kabobs until cooked.
