HK's Meatballs
HK's Meatballs
1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. pepper
2-3 eggs
10-12 butter type crackers crushed
1/2 medium onion diced
1/3 stick butter or margarine
Combine ingredients in a bowl. Roll meat into golfball size
balls. In saucepan, melt butter or margarine. Fry meatballs
in butter and turn often. Brown both sides, then simmer.
