Caterer's Hamburgers

Caterer's Hamburgers

1 lb. ground beef
1 tbsp. spike seasoning (found in health stores)
2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup green onions sliced
1/2 cup soy sauce
mozzarella or monterrey jack cheese
hamburger buns
Mix ingredients in a bowl. Form hamburger patties. Fry in pan
sprayed with oil. Brown on both sides- for 5 minutes each side.
Put slices of cheese on each hamburger and melt. Add soy sauce 
to pan and cover. Heat hamburger buns in tin foil wrapped up 
in 350 degree oven for 15-20 minutes. Serve hamburgers on 
hamburger buns.
