Hamburgers With Horseradish BBQ Sauce
1 tbsp. oil
1 cup ketchup
1/4 cup vinegar
3 tbsp. worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. water
2 tbsp. prepared horseradish
1 lb. ground beef
hamburger buns
salt and pepper
Heat grill. In a saucepan, combine oil, ketchup, vinegar,
worcestershire sauce, water and horseradish over medium heat.
Heat until simmering. Shape meat into 4 hamburger patties.
Brush hamburgers on both sides with some of the sauce. Grill
hamburgers, turning them once, 4 or 5 minutes per side for
medium rare. Serve hamburgers with additional barbeque sauce.
