Italian Meatballs
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/4 cup romano cheese grated
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
2 eggs
1 1/2 oz. fresh garlic chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
Combine ingredients in a large bowl and mix thoroughly. Shape
meat into medium size meatballs. Slow cook in marinara sauce
until done- approximately 2 hours. For quicker cooking time, brown
the meatballs first, then add to sauce for at least one hour.
