Oven Baked Round Steak

6 pieces round steak
1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1/2 cup water
dash salt and pepper
Roll steak in flour. Brown in butter over high heat in pan. 
Remove meat to a casserole dish. Add water to pan and stir.  
Pour over meat. Season to taste. Cover dish. Bake at 350 for 
1 hour. Serves 6.
