Quick Meatloaf
2 lbs. ground beef
2-8 oz. cans tomato sauce
1 cup quick cooking oatmeal
1 tbsp. onion chopped
2 eggs
1 tsp. prepared mustard
dash salt
1-14 1/2 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
Mix ingredients thoroughly. Form meat mixture into loaf. Place
in casserole dish or large loaf pan. Pour slightly diluted
cream of mushroom soup over top of meatloaf. Bake in oven at
350 degrees until meat is done, about 40 minutes. Serves 6.
