Rolled Rump Roast
5 lb. roast
1/2 onion sliced
salt and pepper
Wash off roast. Salt and pepper roast. Put roast in a dry pan.
Add onion slices. Put the onion slices over the top and bottom
of the roast. Throw in some whole garlic. Cook in oven at 300
degress for 3 hours. Take roast out. Make gravy.
Gravy
3 tbsp.flour
Over stove top heat, mix in pan, flour with roast juices until
smooth and bubbly. Add enough water to form gravy.
