Zesty Meatballs
Zesty Meatballs
1 lb. ground beef
1 egg
4 crackers crushed
dash of ketchup
dash of prepared mustard
1 tbsp. steak sauce
onion chopped to taste
1/2 tsp. allspice ground
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
flour
butter or margarine
Combine ingredients in a bowl. Roll meat into
golfball size balls, then roll in flour. In
saucepan, melt butter or margarine. Fry
meatballs, a few at a time, in butter and turn
often. Fry slowly and brown both sides.
