Green Chile Cheese Corn Bread
1 cup cornmeal
1 cup canned cream of corn
3/4 cup milk
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/3 cup margarine melted
2 eggs
1-4 oz. can green chiles chopped
1 1/2 cups cheese grated
Mix ingredients together in a bowl. Pour 1/2 dough mixture into a
greased pan. Sprinkle cheese on top of the dough and finish pouring
the dough on top. Bake at 400 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
