Green Chile Corn Bread

Green Chile Corn Bread

1-4 oz. can green chiles diced
1 1/4 cups monterrey jack cheese shredded
1 tbsp. regular or light mayonnaise
1-14 oz. package corn bread mix
1 cup milk
2 eggs
Combine cheese and chiles in a bowl. In another bowl, combine corn 
bread mix and mayonnaise with milk and eggs according to package 
directions. Pour half of batter in a greased 8 by 12 pan. Sprinkle 
cheese/chile mixture over batter. Pour remaining batter over 
cheese/chile mixture. Bake in 400 degree oven for 25-30 minutes or 
until golden brown. Cut into squares and serve. Make 12 squares.
