Soup Can Banana Bread
1/3 cup butter or margarine
1 cup sugar
3 medium ripe bananas
2 eggs
2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup nuts
5 soup cans carefully cleaned
Cream together butter and sugar. Stir in eggs and bananas. Sift
together dry ingredients. Add to creamed mixture blending well.
Stir in nuts. Pour into 5 well-greased soup cans, each 1/2 full.
Bake in oven at 375 degrees 30-40 minutes or until done. Remove
from cans when cool.
