Zucchini Bread

Zucchini Bread

3 eggs 
1 1/4 cups sugar
3/4 cup oil
2 cups zucchini grated
3 tsp. vanilla or 2 tsp. vanilla and 1 tsp. orange extract
3 cups flour
3 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 cup walnuts
3/4 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips 
(or chopped regular chocolate chips)
With an electric mixer, combine first five ingredients 
in bowl. Gradually add mixed dry ingredients to first 
five ingredients. For large loaves bake in 2 buttered/
floured bread pans for 55-60 minutes at 350 degrees.
