Banana Pancakes
Banana Pancakes
2 eggs beaten
2/3 cup milk
2/3 cup banana puree
2 cups biscuit mix
1 tbsp. sugar
1/4 butter or margarine melted
Combine eggs, milk, banana puree, biscuit mix, and sugar. Stir
lightly. Stir in butter. Cook on hot griddle until puffy. Flip
pancake and cook until lightly browned. Serve with hot maple
syrup or flavored butter. Serves 20.
