Basic Crepes
1 1/2 cups milk
3 eggs
1 cup sifted flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. butter or margarine melted
Combine ingredients in a bender and blend for 15 seconds until
smooth. Let stand for 15 minutes. Pour a few tablespoons of
batter in a well oiled pan. Tip pan to fully cover bottom of
pan with batter. Brown both sides of crepe. Sprinkle with
powdered sugar or serve with syrup. Makes 12 crepes.
