Perfect Fried Eggs
Use a little bit of grease (or oil), heat pan with grease in it,
then eggs will stay where you want them to. Fry eggs
under good heat, then when egg is cooked on edges but
not in the middle of yolk, turn heat off and turn eggs
over. Start turning over egg that is less gooey over
yolk. Then by the time you turn it over, it is time to start
taking out eggs, starting with first one you turned over.
Salt after eggs are on the plate.
