Honey French Toast

2 eggs slightly beaten
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup honey
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
6-8 slices white bread
3 tbsp. butter, margarine or oil
Mix eggs, milk, honey, cinnamon and salt. Dip each bread slice in 
batter. In saucepan, fry in butter until golden brown. Serve with 
honey sauce.

Honey Sauce
1 cup honey
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. butter or margarine
Combine ingredients. Heat until melted. Serve over honey french 
toast.
