JEPK's Fruit Cocktail Torte
1-15 oz. can fruit cocktail drained except for 2 tbsp. juice (add)
1 cup sugar
1 cup flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg beaten
brown sugar
nuts chopped
Combine ingredients in a bowl. Pour into a greased 8 by 12 inch
pan. Cover with brown sugar and nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 30
minutes. Serves 8-10.
