Milky Way Cake
8 milky way chocolate bars
2 sticks margarine
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
2 1/2 cups flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 cup pecans
1 cup buttermilk
2 tsp. vanilla
Melt one stick margarine and chocolate bars in double boiler. Cream
other margarine and sugar. Add eggs and mix after each. Mix flour,
baking soda, salt and pecans. Add to sugar and margarine,
alternatively with buttermilk. Add vanilla and chocolate mixture.
Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour in 9 by 13 pan. Frost with icing.
Icing
2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1/4 stick margarine
1 cup evaporated milk
1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
1 cup marshmallow cream
2 tsp.vanilla
Cook powdered sugar, margarine and evaporated milk in a rolling
boil. Over low heat, add chocolate chips, marshmallow cream and
vanilla. Frost cake immediately since icing hardens quickly.
