Potluck Cake

4 tbsp. cocoa
2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1 cup mayonnaise
1 1/2 cups water
1 tsp. vanilla
Put all ingredients in a bowl. Beat 1 minute at medium speed with 
mixer. Pour into a greased and floured 9 by 13 inch pan (or two 
round cake pans). Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Frost with 
favorite icing or put several almond chocolate bars on warm cake 
and frost cake as they melt.
