Sour Cream Cake
Sour Cream Cake
1 box white cake mix
3/4 cup sour cream
2 egg whites
3/4 cup water
1 tsp. vanilla
Measure all ingredients in large mixer bowl. Beat 4 minutes at
medium speed. Pour batter in 2 greased 8 or 9 inch pans. Bake at 350
degrees 25 to 35 minutes. Frost and refrigerate until serving time.
Sour Cream Frosting
2/3 cup sour cream
1 can dark chocolate fudge frosting mix
1/4 cup butter or margarine
In small bowl blend frosting and mix with sour cream. Chill. Add butter
to sour cream and frosting mix and blend. Beat at low speed for 1
minute. Do not over beat. Spread on cooled cake.
