Yellow Pound Cake
1 package moist yellow cake mix
1 package (4 serving size) instant vanilla pudding
4 eggs
1/3 cup oil
1 cup water
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 10 inch
bundt or tube pan. In a large bowl, combine cake mix
and pudding mix. Mix in eggs, oil and water. Beat
ingredients with electric mixer at medium speed for 2
minutes. Pour into pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60
minutes or until toothpick inserted in center of cake
comes out clean. Cool in pan for 25 minutes. Invert
onto serving plate. Cool completely. Pour glaze over
cake.
Glaze
1/2 cup creamy homestyle prepared frosting
Heat frosting in small saucepan over medium heat,
stirring constantly, until thin or microwave on high
10-15 seconds. Do not overheat. Drizzle over "Yellow
Pound Cake".
