Potato Cheese Casserole
dry potato buds (enough for 8 servings)
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 1/2 cups sharp cheddar cheese grated
4 green onions sliced
1 1/2 cups corn flakes crushed
2 tbsp. butter or margarine
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. salt
Cook potato buds as directed on pakage for 8 servings and add
garlic salt. Stir green onions and cheese into potatoes. Fill
a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish with mixture. Mix remaining
ingredients and sprinkle over potatoes. Bake at 325 degrees for
20 minutes. Serves 6.
