Peanut Butter Cookies

1 stick butter or margarine
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1 egg beaten
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/4 cups flour
Cream butter and sugars in bowl. Add egg and mix. Add peanut 
butter and mix. Combine flour and baking soda. Slowly fold 
into butter mixture. Drop by spoonfuls on greased cookie sheet.
Bake 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
